Communications Support to Enhance SLTT Critical Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Resilience

The Department of Homeland Security, through CISA’s Office of the Chief External Affairs Officer, is seeking contractor support to strengthen communications and outreach efforts directed at state, local, tribal, and territorial entities responsible for critical infrastructure and cybersecurity. The contractor will design and deliver accessible, actionable materials including user-friendly communications, live and virtual events, training toolkits, and outreach resources aimed at increasing awareness of cyber and physical security threats and promoting industry best practices. This effort is critical to advancing CISA’s mission of enhancing the resilience of the nation’s critical infrastructure by ensuring SLTT partners are well-informed and equipped to mitigate risks. The scope of work includes organizing targeted events, creating standardized template toolkits, conducting in-depth research and analysis on existing SLTT cybersecurity programs, and providing active support for the Resilience Challenge initiative.
