The City of West Palm Beach is soliciting responses to this RFP for the support of our legacy Sunguard Community Plus 8.1.1 and associated eGovPLUS applications along with the cleansing and migration of data to the new Tyler/EnerGov platform. The City requires a vendor to provide ongoing support for our legacy Community Plus application and its modules (Permitting, Location & Entity Management, Community ACTion, Alarm Billing, Planning, Code Enforcement as well as the eGovPlus Web Pages, Online Payments and the IVR Inspections and Payment Modules). This engagement will include consultation and coordination of the data conversion and migration to the new Tyler EnerGov Platform, including the cleansing/modification of data to prepare for a migration to the Tyler EnerGov suite of products. The City of West Palm Beach is seeking a qualified and responsible firm to provide software support and professional services for the Information Technology and Development Services Departments. Firm shall render the Services in a diligent, careful and thorough manner consistent with good business practice.
