Full Description

Integral to the needs for estimation of vessel operating costs will be the creation of a computerized application to support use, comparative audit and limited adjustment of estimates and estimation of bunkerage costs. It will be an integral requirement that bunkerage costs be separably investigated and estimated as a critical input to operational costs of ocean-going commercial cargo vessels.
