August 23, 2019 (Amendment 04): This FBO notice issues Amendment 04 to the Comprehensive Operations Management, Procurement, and Administrative Support Services (COMPASS) Request for Proposal (RFP). The purpose of this amendment is to revise Sections I, K, and L of the RFP to comply with Section 889(a)(1)(A) of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (NDAA), by adding FAR Clause 52.204-25, FAR Provision 52.204-24, and GSAR Clause 552.204-70. All changes to the RFP are annotated with a black bar on the right margin. See attached SF30 and RFP for additional details. August 16, 2019 (Amendment 03): This FBO notice issues Amendment 03 to the Comprehensive Operations Management, Procurement, and Administrative Support Services (COMPASS) Request for Proposal (RFP). The purpose of this amendment is to issue the Government's answers to offeror questions. Amendment 03 also updates Section M.2 of the RFP. All changes to the RFP are annotated with a black bar on the right margin. August 9, 2019 (Amendment 02): This FBO notice issues Amendment 02 to the Comprehensive Operations Management, Procurement, and Administrative Support Services (COMPASS) Request for Proposal (RFP). Amendment 02 extends the due date and time for Part II: Written Price Proposal; Part III: Written Technical Proposal; and Part IV: Oral Technical Proposal Presentation to no later than 11:00 AM ET on September 3, 2019. The anticipated dates for Oral Technical Presentations are now September 5, 2019 to September 25, 2019. The dates for Oral Technical Presentations are subject to change. The revised COMPASS RFP Letter is attached to Amendment 02.
