This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number SP4706-26-R-0004 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the labor, materials, tools, transportation, supplies, supervision, etc. necessary to provide all components for a Computed Tomography (CT) Test System to the Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC), Columbus, Ohio. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This procurement is unrestricted.
