Request for Proposal (RFP)/Solicitation. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic & Cyber Systems Division, Air & Ground Contracting Branch, Lackland AFB, TX intends to award a non- personal, Firm-Fixed Price contract for Communication Security Managerial Support services, in support of the Colombian Joint Staff pursuant to the Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA, Case CO-D-GAK), between the United States Department of Defense and the Colombian Joint Staff.


The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541513 - Computer Facilities Management Services and the small business size standard is $37M.


This requirement will be awarded using competitive procedures using the tradeoff process evaluation criteria and will be procured as a 100% small business set-aside.


The period of performance will be a five (5) year base period.


All elements of the RFP shall be submitted by the offeror with a proposal no later than the date/time shown in block 9 of the RFP. The RFP will be available in electronic format only. No hard copies will be made available. The official access point to the RFP is via sam.gov website at https://sam.gov.
