Concrete Curbs, Gutters & Sidewalks - HWY

The County of Ontario Department of Public Works is soliciting sealed bids for solicitation B27013 regarding the installation of concrete curbs, gutters, and sidewalks. The scope of work requires the vendor to provide all labor, equipment, and materials for cast-in-place concrete curbs, while the County remains responsible for work zone traffic control, excavation, disposal, subbase course, backfill, pavements, topsoil, and turf establishment. All work must conform to the latest NYSDOT Standard Specifications, specifically Sections 608, 609, and 624. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible vendor, with the County reserving the right to renew the agreement for up to two twelve-month periods. Payment will be issued within thirty calendar days of an approved invoice, provided the vendor has a current W-9 on file and has submitted all required certified payrolls.
