Bidders must obtain the complete solicitation package, including specifications and bid documents, free of charge through the PennBid portal, and all submissions must be made electronically via PennBid no later than 2:00 PM on Monday, September 14, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened at 6:30 PM the same day during the Township Supervisor’s meeting at 487 Cortez Road. The Township may retain bids for up to five days following the opening to evaluate qualifications and documentation before awarding the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, reserving the right to reject any or all submissions and waive minor irregularities. A bid bond equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount is required with each proposal, and the successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds totaling 100 percent of the contract value within 20 days of award. All inquiries must be submitted through the PennBid “Questions” feature no later than 4:00 PM on Monday, September 7, 2026.
