Parks Canada Agency is establishing a national Supply Arrangement (SA) under solicitation 5P047-21-0068 to create a pool of qualified accessibility assessment consultants. This initiative supports the agency's commitment to inclusivity and the mandate of the Accessible Canada Act (2019) to ensure all places are fully accessible by 2040. The SA has no defined end date and will remain valid as long as it is advantageous for the government. The selection process is based on a minimum point rating of 70, with mandatory pass/fail criteria regarding cover letters and organizational experience. Rated factors include the project manager's experience, the firm's audit project history, and the proposed methodology. Future task solicitations under this arrangement will be categorized into four tiers based on value, ranging from under 10,000 dollars to over 100,000 dollars.
