***Presolicitation Notice for Construction at National Institute of Standards and Technology, Gaithersburg, MD*** The purpose of the resulting contract will be to acquire construction and fit-up work in the NIST Advanced Measurement Laboratory. including all laboratory and specialized laboratory space to ensure that the AML remainsthe most advanced AML. The estimated magnitude (order ceiling) of the resulting IDIQ contract is between $5 million and $10 million. The contract will consist of one base year and four option periods of one year each. This will be a multiple-award IDIQ contract. This procurement will be 100% small business set-aside. The small business size standard will be $33.5 million. Interested vendors must be registered at SAM.gov (formerly CCR.gov) to be considered for award. The solicitation, solicitation amendments, and all questions and answers related to this procurement will be made available via the Internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about February 1, 2013 and will be available via the Internet at the above web site.
