Monitoring and inspecting the Contractor's Work Zone Traffic Plan and reviewing modifications to the Work Zone Traffic Control Plan in accordance with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) procedures. A firm, or its affiliate, that is the Engineer of Record (EOR) on any of the projects listed herein shall not be considered eligible to compete as a consultant.
