The United States Army Contracting Command – New Jersey, on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division, has issued a sources-sought notice for a full renovation of the Men’s, Women’s, and OMS Latrines at the Bluefield Memorial U.S. Army Reserve Center in Bluefield, West Virginia, under solicitation number W15QKN26Q92498.
