The Aviation Authority is seeking to engage Continuing Program Management and Construction Management Services to be responsible for management and oversight of primarily vertical construction projects with construction value of less than $7,500,000. Typical projects include but are not limited to: new airport facilities and/or the expansion, renovation, and upgrading of existing airport facilities and related infrastructure; security; parking revenue control; and, information technology. Project delivery methods are typicall design-bid-build and design-build. Vertical construction project scope may include, but are not limited to general site construction, foundation, structural, masonry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, interior and exterior finishes, painting, roofing, furnishings, fixture, furniture, planters and art installation, landscaping, ancillary horizontal work, and other work normally associated with vertical construction. Locations for work are at the Orlando International Airport, the Orlando Executive Airport, and other facilities operated by the Aviation Authority, to be determined on an as-needed basis.
