North Tyneside Council (the Authority) are seeking the establishment of a framework agreement for the provision of Minor Building Works and Disrepair Works (the Works) throughout the area to its housing stock. The Work is of a responsive nature, meaning that volumes can fluctuate throughout the year and there is no guarantee of volumes of work or consistent volumes of work. The Scope of Works includes housing repairs, damp works, garage repairs and repairs to fire damaged properties. There are three lots on the framework - Minor Works, Damp Works and Fencing. Contractors are able to bid for as many lots as they feel able to provide the services in.
