PUBLIC SYNOPSIS DESCRIPTION



The U.S. Embassy Ankara awarded Contract 19TU1526C3002 to DIVAN TURIZM ISLETMELERI ANONIM SIRKETI, doing business as Divan Ankara Hotel, for food-inclusive catering services supporting the Embassy's Independence Day Reception in Ankara, Türkiye. The firm-fixed-price award covers catering for 1,000 persons at $32.00 per person, for a total contract value of $32,000.00, excluding value-added tax (VAT).



The contract requires the contractor to provide all food, labor, management, supervision, transportation, furniture, equipment, glassware, ice, setup, service, food-safety controls, security and safety coordination, cleanup, and removal necessary for complete performance. Performance includes approved setup activities on September 8, 2026, and reception service on September 9, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., followed by cleanup and removal in accordance with the contract.
