Integral Care is soliciting proposals from qualified pharmacy operators to assume primary responsibility for operations of its existing Texas Class A community pharmacy functioning as a closed-door pharmacy in Austin, Texas. The pharmacy currently averages approximately 40 prescriptions per day. Integral Care is seeking a full-outsourcing model under which the selected contractor will provide pharmacy staffing and management, medication inventory management, pharmacy technology and applicable integration with Integral Care's Netsmart electronic health record, payer enrollment and credentialing, billing and revenue-cycle operations, regulatory compliance, data security, reporting, and transition support. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining uninterrupted medication access and continuity of services throughout transition and ongoing operations. Integral Care anticipates an initial contract term of one year, with up to three additional one-year renewal options at Integral Care's discretion. Transition planning is expected to begin promptly after contract execution, with a target of achieving a safe operational transition within approximately six months.
