This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (the “Owner”) to prospective Respondents to submit proposals for Construction Services for Pond 77 (Cane Parkway) By-Pass Repair as further described in Part IV of the RFP Particulars being (the “Deliverables”). In accordance with Section 3.6, this RFP is non-binding. NOTE: In accordance with legislated requirements the successful respondent’s name and Subtotal Contract Amount will be publicized on the Owner’s Bid Opportunities portal following the issuance of the Notice of Award to the successful respondent.
