Services include routine operational visits, chlorine residual monitoring, water sampling, equipment maintenance, emergency response at no additional cost, submission of monthly and annual reports, and full support during regulatory inspections. A valid Class III Water Treatment or Distribution Operator License is mandatory for personnel handling wastewater operations, and all contractors must pass a background check. The contract is anticipated to run from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with performance tied strictly to compliance with technical and regulatory requirements rather than price competitiveness, indicating a Lowest-Price Technically Acceptable evaluation approach.
