This procurment will utilize existing Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) to obtain software licenses needed to operate the CDAN IT Platform and several of the applications that are part of CDAN. These licenses used to be Other Direct Costs (ODCs), but are ODCs are not allowed on the current CDAN support contracts under the DOT SWES Contract Vehicle. Therefore, NSA has been directed to initiate a new procurement to obtain these licenses from a GWAC.
