AI Contract Overview
The contract pertains to the procurement of a single unit of a CUP Diaphragm, identified by NSN 1660-01-026-4579, with a delivery requirement of five days after order. The solicitation, SPE4A5-26-T-108K, is managed by the Department of Defense through the ASC Supplier OEM Division and is designated for performance at Tinker Air Force Base. The contract integrates specific physical identification and bare item marking requirements, adherence to a set of technical and quality standards as outlined in the DLA Master List, and mandates compliance with MIL-STD-1916 sampling methods or equivalent, with strict acceptance criteria for critical, major, and minor attributes. Additionally, the contract emphasizes cybersecurity compliance, requiring a CMMC Level 2 self-assessment, and notes that Item Unique Identification is not required for this procurement. Government packaging and removal of identification from non-accepted supplies are specified, while the material in question has no shelf life constraints. The solicitation lacks available technical data sets from DLA, thus obligating any alternate offerors to provide a comprehensive data package for approval. Communication is facilitated through a designated point of contact, with deadlines for response clearly specified to ensure timely processing.
