The RFI also emphasizes commercial models, pricing transparency, implementation approaches, and ongoing support structures, particularly those that reduce institutional IT dependency. Minnesota State is interested in vendor roadmaps, especially regarding AI-enabled functionalities, workflow automation, and accreditation support, and seeks clear descriptions of innovation areas, customer base experience in higher education, and scalability for multi-institution environments. Responses must address comprehensive reporting capabilities, including self-service analytics, API access, data export options, and compatibility with enterprise BI tools.
