The Region 4 Education Service Center (ESC) has awarded a contract to NuHarbor Security, Inc. for the provision of comprehensive cyber security solutions and services. Effective from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2028, the agreement includes an initial three-year term with the option for two additional one-year renewals. This contract is part of a cooperative purchasing program with OMNIA Partners, allowing participating public agencies across multiple states to leverage the agreement to improve their ability to prevent, detect, and respond to cyberattacks. The scope of work is aligned with the NIST cybersecurity framework, covering the core functions of identify, protect, detect, respond, recover, and govern. NuHarbor Security provides a variety of managed services, including Managed Detect and Response (MDR), Security Operations Center as a Service (SOCaaS), vulnerability management, and SIEM as a Service, as well as security testing and information assurance for audit readiness. Pricing is established on a not-to-exceed basis, featuring a minimum 5% discount on published list prices for software and future offerings, alongside fully burdened hourly rates for labor. The contract incorporates various federal compliance requirements, such as FAR 52.204-24 and 52.204-25 regarding telecommunications and video surveillance equipment, and mandates strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality standards. Payment terms are set at 45 days following the delivery and acceptance of goods or services.
