Cybersecurity & CUI Compliance (Flow-Down)

Compliance must extend throughout the supply chain, with subcontractors held to the same standards as the prime contractor. In addition to control implementation, the contract mandates strict adherence to cyber incident reporting protocols, requiring immediate notification and documentation of any security breaches or anomalies involving Covered Defense Information. The subcontractor is responsible for ensuring that all internal systems and third-party providers align with these requirements and maintain continuous compliance throughout the contract period. This obligation is part of a broader Department of Defense initiative managed by the Defense Logistics Agency, aimed at securing information systems across defense subcontracting networks.
