Cybersecurity Compliance and CUI Protection Services

The contract requires the implementation and ongoing maintenance of NIST SP 800-171 security controls to safeguard Controlled Unclassified Information and Covered Defense Information across all systems and environments. This includes comprehensive system hardening measures, strict access control protocols, continuous audit logging and monitoring, and the development and retention of detailed compliance documentation to demonstrate adherence to federal standards. The work is focused on ensuring robust protection of sensitive data handled by the Department of Defense, with all activities aligned to the requirements of NIST SP 800-171 to mitigate risks and prevent unauthorized access or data exfiltration. As a subcontract under the Defense Logistics Agency, the effort supports broader national defense cybersecurity objectives and must be performed in accordance with DoD security policies. The contractor is responsible for establishing a sustainable compliance posture that adapts to evolving threats and regulatory updates, maintaining accurate records for audits, and ensuring all personnel and systems meet the required security benchmarks. Performance is expected to be continuous and fully integrated into operational workflows, with no tolerance for gaps in control implementation or documentation accuracy.
