The contractor must also establish a robust cyber incident reporting mechanism through DIBNET to promptly notify authorized government entities of any security breaches or potential threats, ensuring timely response and mitigation. All cybersecurity requirements specified in this contract must be flowed down to any subcontractors involved in the performance of work, ensuring consistent and uniform protection of sensitive information across the entire supply chain. Compliance is mandatory throughout the contract lifecycle, with ongoing monitoring and documentation required to validate adherence to all applicable cybersecurity obligations.
