The U.S. Army Contracting Agency (ACA), Information Technology, E-Commerce & Commercial Contracting Center (ITEC4), ATTN: SFCA-IT-D, Hoffman I, 2461 Eisenhower Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22331-1700, on behalf of the Business Transformation Agency, intends to award a sole source contract (IAW 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source) to Engineering Management and Integration, Inc., 455 Spring Park Place Suite 350, Herndon, VA 20170-4726. EM&I is the only known company that provides ACART software and licenses. The estimated dollar value of this requirement, including options is $713,330.00. The period of performance will be one year from date of award and two (2) one-year option periods. This notice is NOT a request for proposals. The Government will not issue a solicitation. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
