D--ARFORGEN Synchronization Tool Support Services

Amendment 1 - Response to Questions. See Attachment The Government is conducting market research to determine interested sources within the Small Business community for a requirement to provide functional support and maintenance of the ARFORGEN Synchronization Tool (AST) for the United States Army Forces Command (FORSCOM). The DRAFT Performance Work Statement and a presentation of the system's current capabilities is included. This is not a Request for Proposals, but instead a Request for Information is to obtain an indication of your interest, obtain voluntary limited capability information of those interested sources, and to determine interested sources prior to issuing the solicitation. The Government will not award a contract based on this Request for Information, the information received, nor reimburse participants for information they provide. Information provided is strictly voluntary. We are not requesting technical/management proposals. If you are an interested source please provide the following voluntary information: 1) Small Business status; 2) Whether or not you have any other contracts (i.e. GSA, CHESS, etc) and; 3) Whether you own a license for the ProModel Application Framework (PAF). 4) A brief but detailed Statement of Capability (no more than 10 pages); which identifies your interest in this requirement and clearly demonstrates your ability to meet the requirements specified in the PWS. 5) If you do not own a license for the PAF, please indicate the length of time required and approximate costs (include breakout costs) to produce a comparable system. 6) If a production of a comparable system is not your solution, please state your alternative to synchronizing the ARFORGEN processes AST via an automated means while adhering to all applicable Army regulations and policies. 7) This statement should include any past performance information on Commercial/Government contracts of similar size and scope and how they relate to the AFOROGEN Synchronization Tool (AST). No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice. Information provided will not be used as a part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature.
