The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting quotes for a web-based subscription service providing a Biomedical Preventive Maintenance (PM) Manual Database, exclusively set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 518210, with a size standard of $32.5 million. The service must deliver an established, searchable online database of biomedical equipment PM manuals, accessible via web link without installation on VA networks, and designed to ensure compliance with regulatory standards from The Joint Commission, AAMI, and CMS across eight VISN 20 healthcare facilities. No government-furnished equipment is required, and contractor personnel will not require access to sensitive VA systems or facilities. The contract includes standard FAR and VA clauses governing small business participation, contract compliance, payment, and ethical conduct.
