Solicitation # DISA-OTA-27-R-UAM
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking prototypes for a centralized, multi-tenant User Activity Monitoring (UAM) solution to replace fractured and non-interoperable systems within the Department of War. This effort, managed under solicitation DISA-OTA-27-R-UAM, aims to develop a scalable hybrid cloud and on-premises capability utilizing AI/ML. Mandatory requirements include CMMC Level 2 (Self) certification, currently enforced via NIST SP 800-171 Revision 2 self-assessments. While Non-Traditional Defense Contractors with pending SAM.gov registrations may submit Phase 1 Solution Briefs by the extended deadline of October 29, 2026, a fully validated registration is required prior to any agreement award.
