CIO End User Support (EUS ) Services

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is seeking to procure Information Technology End User Support Services to support its Chief Information Officer's operations. These services are part of the broader Information Technology Operations and Maintenance (ITOM) services and align closely with the current End User Support Services performed under the existing Facilities Management and End User Support contract. The scope includes a wide range of IT support functions such as Audio/Visual Tech Support, Desktop Deployment and Moves, Desktop Field Support, Integrated Enterprise Baseline Support, Inventory Support, Lab Desktop Support, Network Operations, Storage Administration, Technical Writing, Warehouse Operations, and WebTA Call Center services. The contract is planned as a one-year base with four optional one-year extensions, targeted for award by June 30, 2008, and designated as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 541513. Offerors should note that separate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) will address other related help desk services, with specific restrictions to avoid conflicts of interest, barring any single offeror from receiving awards for both Tier 1 Help Desk Services and other higher-tier or end user support tasks.
