THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). AN RFQ WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED.
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Office of Facilities, Property and Safety Management, intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to CoStar Realty Information, Inc., 1201 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22209, to provide the following commercial subscription service:
CoStar Suite Subscription - Two Authorized Users
The CoStar Suite provides commercial real estate information and analytics, including property listings, lease comparables, tenant information, market trends, and geographic analysis used to support the Bureau¿s leasing program.
The anticipated period of performance is one year.

This acquisition is conducted under the authority of FAR Part 12 (commercial) as revised under Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), RFO-deviated FAR Part 5 posting requirements, and applicable simplified acquisition procedures for circumstances in which only one source is reasonably available.
This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for quotes. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the Governments requirement by 0900 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on September 18, 2026.
Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that the interested party is capable of meeting the Government¿s requirement. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this notice.
Interested vendors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
