PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE:

The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region, intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed-price purchase order to Ponderosa Advisors LLC for access to an online database that gathers data on water rights, streaming gaging and land parcels. Ponderosa Advisors LLC developed the land and water rights geospatial platform B3/Water Sage which the Bureau of Reclamation has been using for over ten (10) years, most recent purchase order number 140R8121P0060. Ponderosa Advisors LLC has confirmed that they own the subscription and do not have any reselling relationships.
