D--ERDC CIO COMPUTER FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES DRAFT PWS

The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Contracting Office is planning for the acquisition of computer facilities management services for the U.S. Army Engineer Research & Development Center (ERDC), Information Technology Laboratory (ITL), Chief Information Officer (CIO). This requirement will be competed through full and open competition among eligible 8(a) firms through the 8(a) Business Development Program. The purpose of this notice is to provide a DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) and DRAFT PWS for a Sample Task Order to industry for questions and comments. Please note that these documents are being provided for data gathering and planning purposes only. This announcement does not constitute a solicitation and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or to award a contract. This is not a request for proposals and the Government will not accept unsolicited proposals. Furthermore, we are not seeking proposals at this time. Industry is encouraged to review the DRAFT PWS(s) and submit questions and comments to the Government for further consideration. The Government is not responsible for any costs associated with: reviewing, preparing, and submitting questions/comments to the DRAFT PWS(s). Furthermore, the Government is not obligated to compensate respondents for any information received, even if the DRAFT PWS(s) are revised as a result of a respondent's comment or question. Respondents should refrain from providing proprietary information in response to this Notice because any information received by the Government will not be treated as proprietary information. All questions and comments will be taken into consideration as the PWS(s) are finalized. Lastly, while the Government is seeking comments and questions concerning the DRAFT PWS(s), at this time the Government does not intend to publish such questions and comments and does not intend to publish the Government's responses or comments thereto.
