The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) on behalf of the Office of the Administrator (OA), Office of Civil Rights (OCR) has awarded a, part Firm-Fixed Price, part Time and Materials purchase order (EP-G13H-00775), with limited competition, to MicroPact, Inc. (MircoPact) for the modification, support, and upgrade of the OCR Entellitrak ? CR Software. The purchase order was awarded with a 1-year base and four one-year option periods, beginning September 25, 2013, for a total cost of $150,138.91. In accordance with FAR 8.405-6 (a)(2)(i)(B) the limited source justification for this purchase has been posted at http://www.epa.gov/oamhpod1/pcsc/13jg028/index.htm NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT. It has been determined that the Micropact is the sole proprietor of the Entellitrak system and has the exclusive copyrights, patents, and/or trade secret ownership to the Entellitrak software and technology. For this reason Micropact is the only source for these services which meet the Governments requirements.
