The Department of Energy's Office of Intelligence and Counterintelligence is seeking to modify an existing Time and Materials Task Order with InScope International Inc. under a General Services Administration Multiple Award Schedule. This modification involves requesting a revised cost estimate and technical plan for Option Year Four, covering the period from January 29, 2016, through January 28, 2017, as well as a possible six-month extension from January 29, 2017, to June 28, 2017. The action is a logical follow-on to a previous Federal Supply Schedule order and is not a solicitation for new competitive bids but rather a revision under FAR regulations. Responses from responsible sources expressing interest must be submitted in writing by email by the closing date noted, and the contract is associated with the NAICS code 541511, with a size standard of $25.5 million. Due to technical difficulties in the acquisition system, this notice and the accompanying Limited Sources Justification are posted under a different solicitation number. While this is not a solicitation, the agency invites capable sources to submit a capabilities statement for consideration. The justification and details supporting the limited source action are available on FedConnect for review. This process complies with federal acquisition regulations governing follow-on orders and options to extend service contracts.
