La Ville de Longueuil demande des soumissions pour : Démolition de la passerelle Victoria située au-dessus de la 132 Procédure d’attribution du contrat : Prix proposé le plus bas Objet du contrat : La Ville de Longueuil désire obtenir des soumissions pour les travaux de démolition de la passerelle Victoria située au-dessus de la 132, tels que décrits aux présents documents d’appel d’offres. Les travaux à exécuter sont principalement, sans s’y limiter, les suivants : • Démanteler les panneaux de signalisation qui sont fixés sur la structure à démolir; • Protéger les voies sous le pont, ainsi que les structures adjacentes, en vue des travaux de démolition; • Démolir la passerelle Victoria (P-14143), voir plans d’ingénierie; • Enlever les éléments de protection installés et nettoyer la zone des travaux; • Araser les éléments de fondation, selon les profondeurs présentées aux plans d’ingénierie; • Mettre en place, si requis, des soutènements temporaires afin d’araser les fondations; • Sécuriser une aire de travail dans le parc Jean-Pierre Côté; • Remblayer les excavations requises pour l’arasement des unités de fondation; • Acheminer les rebuts de démolition vers des sites appropriés, conformément à la réglementation; • Assurer le maintien de la circulation, conformément aux documents contractuels. Les travaux de démolition de la passerelle se feront de nuit durant la fin de semaine (nuit de vendredi à samedi ou samedi à dimanche). Plus précisément, les travaux de démolition ayant lieu la nuit durant la fin de semaine sont : • Le démantèlement des panneaux de signalisation qui sont fixés sur la structure à démolir ; • La protection des voies sous le pont, ainsi que les structures adjacentes, en vue des travaux de démolition ; • La démolition de la passerelle ; • L’enlèvement des éléments de protection installés et le nettoyage de la zone des travaux ; • La démolition de la majeure partie de la portion hors sol des piles. Les autres travaux, dont la démolition de la portion remblayée des unités de fondation sont prévus selon un horaire de travail régulier.
