D--Nlyte Software Licenses for OIT

The Bureau of Indian Affairs, under the Department of the Interior, has awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for Nlyte Software licenses with standard support to meet the operational needs of its Office of Information Management Technology. The contract is a 100% set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises under NAICS code 513210, with a size standard of $47 million, and requires vendors to self-certify as an Indian Economic Enterprise as defined in DIAR Part 1480. The procurement spans a base year from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with four one-year options extending performance to June 30, 2031, and includes licenses for core modules such as Energy Optimizer, ServiceNow connectors, and Audit functionality.
