D -- Strategic Planning and Systems Integration for USTRANSCOM at Scott AFB (Advisory and Assistance Service Multiple Award IDIQ)

This contract aims to establish a multiple award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) agreement to provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) that support the USTRANSCOM unified command at Scott Air Force Base. The contract excludes support for the Transportation Component Commands and requires contractors to possess strong knowledge of Department of Defense transportation and distribution management, USTRANSCOM-specific processes, regulations, and lifecycle support documentation. The work will primarily support various directorates and staff sections at USTRANSCOM, providing technical and analytical assistance to enhance policy development, management, administration, and operational system improvements.
