CONTACT INFORMATION CAN BE FOUND WITHIN THE BODY OF THIS ANNOUNCMENT.***** NASA/MSFC has a requirement for the annual renewal of TEAMS-Designer and TEAMS-RDS software site license and maintenance used to support the Mission & Fault Management (M&FM) project within the Space Launch Systems program. MSFC has determined that Qualtech Systems Inc. is the only vendor who can provide this service. Qualtech Systems Inc. currently provides the software package used in creation of computer models that support the development of abort algorithms which are critical to the Space Launch Systems launch vehicle. Not continuing this service through Qualtech Space Systems Inc. would have a serious negative impact on the reliability and compatibility of these systems thus not meeting the Government needs. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to Pamela Jackson/ARCS at contact@example.gov or fax to +1 (555) 000-0000 no later than 4:30 p.m. local time on 02/25/2013.
