The MICC Fort Knox intends to award a sole source to Komplete System Integrators, Inc. an 8(a) small business under the STARS II GWAC program. The government anticipates a single task order for Software/Application Engineering Programming Support to design, install and maintain complex databases with respect to access methods, access time, device allocation, validation checks, organization, protection and security, documentation and statistical methods. The period of performance is 12 months. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the government to not compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the government. Comments must be received, in writing, no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, 19 December 2014. Comments may be sent via email to contact@example.gov.
