The MICC Fort Knox intends to award a sole source to Technology Resource Center of America, LLC. The government anticipates a single delivery order for the HiPath 4000 Switch warranty for Fort Knox NEC. The warranty provides 24x7, 4 hour remote response, mail in digital phones and parts for Unify (Siemens) Legacy Communications System. Unify's Software is proprietary to Unify. Unauthorized third party maintenance providers will not have the ability to provide Software maintenance patches or releases for Unify's Software and authorized third-party maintenance providers are prohibited from providing these services to Unify's direct customers without Unify's prior written authorization. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the government to not compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
