Full Description

VISN 4 has a requirement for an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Clinical Information System (CIS). A Firm-Fixed Price award is anticipated. The ICU CIS shall be installed in every facility in the VISN listed in Attachment A. Each phase of the project must be coordinated with the VISN's Primary Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) and will be discussed in detail with the successful Contractor during the pre-work orientation. Upon completion of the installation, testing and training, the VISN will have a state of the art ICU CIS patient management system. This requirement is available for full and open competition. Additionally, this acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR 15 and the Best Value/Tradeoff Source Selection Process. Solicitation documents, including Statement of Work and technical specifications will be available electronically on or about January 12, 2010 at the following website: www.fbo.gov. Offerors will search for solicitation VA-244-10-RP-0061 to access solicitation documents and any Amendments.
