It should facilitate various standardized online forms for warrant processing and support generating detailed reports for workforce tracking and gap analysis. This Sources Sought announcement emphasizes that it is solely for market research; no bids or proposals are requested, and costs incurred by respondents will not be reimbursed. Responses and capability statements must be submitted electronically by specified deadlines in February 2007, with all inquiries directed to the designated VA contact.
