This Request for Quote no. 36C25920Q0476 replaces the canceled solicitations, 36C25920Q0339 and 36C25920Q0239, which were both previously published on Contract Opportunities site at BETA.sam.gov between March 10th, 2020, and May 12th, 2020. PURPOSE OF THE NEW RFQ: The previous solicitations, 36C25920Q0239 and 36C25920Q0339, are cancelled. The intention of posting this replacement RFQ 36C25920Q0476 is to alleviate confusion in the requirement based on the numerous amendments issued under solicitations 36C25920Q0239 and 36C25920Q0339. There are minimal changes to the Performance Work Statement in RFQ 36C25920Q0476. The timeframes of the Price Schedule have been extended in RFQ 36C25920Q0476. These changes do not vary much from the requirements in solicitations 36C25920Q0239 and 36C25920Q0339. Amendment 0007 of the canceled RFQ 36C25920Q0239 included the same Performance Work Statement (with slightly less detail) and was published on April 29th, 2020. RFQ 36C25920Q0339 also included the same Performance Work Statement (with slightly less detail). Vendors must follow - Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors'Commercial Items, located in Section E of the RFQ. SITE VISITS AND RFQ EXTENSIONS: Vendors have been provided enough time to provide a quote for this requirement and the changes to the PWS are minimal.
