A&E TASK ORDER TO PROVIDE NOSSA REQUIRED DESIGN PACKAGE FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1. REMOVE EXISTING WEST SIDE ROOF-MOUNTED R-22 HVAC SYSTEM AND ALL DUCTING, AND INSTALL NEW HVAC UNIT WITH HEAT PUMPS INCLUDING ALL SYSTEM COMPONENTS, FOR A FULL AND COMPLETE INSTALLATION. 2. REMOVE EXISTING STEAM PIPE ASSOCIATED WITH R-22 HVAC UNIT OFF ROOF. 3. REPAIR/PATCH ROOFING AROUND DUCTWORK AS NEEDED FOR PROPER SEALING AND WEATHERPROOFING. 4. REPLACE DUCTING ON THE EAST SIDE ROOF UNIT AND INSTALL EXTERIOR INSULATION FOR IMPROVED EFFICIENCY. 5. REMOVE 5 AC WINDOW UNITS AND PATCH THE OPENINGS WITH CMU BLOCK FOR A SECURE CLOSURE. 6. INSTALL 2 MINI-SPLIT SYSTEMS, INCLUDING ALL SYSTEM COMPONENTS, FOR A FULL AND COMPLETE INSTALLATION, TO REPLACE THE WINDOW UNITS FOR EFFICIENT COOLING. ** RESS REQUIRED**
