Questions and Answers Question 1: CLIN 1 = Centrak Prism Environmental Monitoring Software Annual System Maintenance Agreement . Is this solicitation only for the EM Software ? Or is it intended to cover the complete EM Monitoring System , i.e. Software and Hardware? Can the word Software be deleted, such that the entire EM System is scope? Answer 1: CLIN 1 name can be changed to Centrak Prism Environmental Monitoring Annual System Maintenance Agreement (SMA). Question 2: CLIN 2 = On-site Support Services We expect that the only onsite work associated with this solicitation would be for NIST certification/calibration, which is covered in CLINs 4 through 11. Is VA requesting or anticipating onsite work in addition to the NIST services? - If no, can this CLIN be deleted? Answer 2: We do not anticipate on site work beyond NIST services, however, in going through NIST work one it would have been helpful to have an additional CLIN like this to support NIST at CBOCs, or if additional time was needed to complete work. Question 3: CLIN 3 = On-site Calibration Services We expect that our only onsite work associated with this solicitation would be for NIST certification/calibration, which is covered in CLINs 4 through 11. Is CLIN 3 a request for quotation of the NIST related travel separate from the NIST calibration services? Or do you want the NIST travel to continue to be included in CLIN 4 through 11? Answer 3: This is to cover if we only recalibrate and do not swap sensors, since there has been issues with supply. Although it more than likely is not needed we want to cover everything possible.

This requirement is designated under NAICS code 811310. The scope of work involves the inspection, maintenance, repair, and annual calibration of ten Hach water quality monitoring instruments located across several facility buildings, as well as the annual calibration of one colorimeter.
