On September 29, 2026, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Technology Acquisitions Center (TAC) in support of the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), National Radiation Oncology Program, awarded a Firm Fixed Price contract to Radformation, Inc., 261 Madison Avenue New York, NY 10016, for an Enterprise-wide Radiotherapy Technical Quality Assurance (QA) System and Repository. The contract will provide a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) online, vendor-agnostic, enterprise-wide Software as a Service (SaaS) Radiotherapy Quality Assurance (QA) solution that standardizes, automates, and centralizes treatment delivery device QA data acquisition, analysis, and reporting across all VA Radiation Oncology Centers.
