NOTICE OF INTENT. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Strategic Acquisition Center Intends to solicit and negotiate a sole-source, firm fixed price Contract with CliniComp International Inc. 9655 Town Center Dr. San Diego, CA 91121 in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Contract anticipated effective date is May 28, 2021 for one year, (12 months). This contract is for the procurement and installation of Health Level Seven (HL7) interface between CliniComp, Intl Clinical information system to the Philips eCareManager Tele Critical Care application; A CliniComp proprietary software. The NAICS code is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services with a small business size standard of $30 Million. This is for informational purposes only and is not be construed as a commitment by the Government. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements for this item.
