The contract pertains to the Data Center Support Services (DCSS) under solicitation number HSBP1017R0031, managed by the Department of Homeland Security through the FLETC Glynco Procurement Office located in Brunswick, Georgia. An important update was issued concerning Amendment 0006, where the Performance Work Statement (PWS) was revised internally on June 22, 2017, following vendor questions and answers. Although these changes were incorporated into the amendment released on June 26, 2017, the PWS cover page date was not updated, causing some confusion among potential industry participants. This posting serves to provide the correctly dated PWS document, which supersedes all previous versions, ensuring clarity while maintaining all original solicitation terms and conditions. The contract focuses on services aligned with NAICS code 541511, indicating information technology consulting and related services, supporting the Department’s mission through data center operations and maintenance. Points of contact for the procurement include Gary Robertson, the Contracting Officer, and Rasheeda Brooks, the Contract Specialist. The update is intended purely to rectify documentation accuracy, not to modify contract requirements or conditions. This ensures transparency and facilitates vendor understanding and participation in the procurement process.

***********Special Revision to Amendment 0006************ Due to vendor Q&As, the Performance Work Statement (PWS) was revised internally on June 22, 2017 and included as part of Amendment 0006, which was issued June 26, 2017. However the date was not changed on the cover page of the PWS, despite some internal changes that took place within the document. As a result, some confusion was expressed by industry. The purpose of this FBO posting is to provide the properly-dated PWS to alleviate industry concerns. This version supercedes all other previous PWS documents. All terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged. Gary Robertson Contracting Officer U.S. Customs and Border Protection Washington, D.C.
