AI Contract Overview
The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) is hosting a two-part Industry Day event to engage vendors for a significant opportunity supporting the Department of War (DoW) in Personnel Vetting (PV) fieldwork aligned with Trusted Workforce 2.0 and Federal Personnel Vetting Investigative Standards. The focus is on identifying vendors capable of providing a flexible, cost-efficient, and high-performance investigative workforce that can adapt to fluctuating workload surges while optimizing fieldwork scheduling based on capacity, productivity, geography, and risk. Contractors must hold and maintain a Top-Secret facility clearance granted by DCSA. The event consists of a virtual briefing on June 15, 2026, detailing the requirements and draft contract architecture, followed by optional one-on-one sessions on June 22, 2026, where vendors can discuss proprietary approaches either virtually or in-person in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania. An optional virtual flex day on June 23 is also available for additional sessions. Interested companies must register by June 10, 2026, providing company and attendee details and indicating preferences for breakout sessions, if desired. Initial questions about the draft architecture are due by the same date, with supplemental questions and feedback accepted through June 25. Access to the controlled draft contract architecture document requires meeting baseline security requirements, including active SAM.gov registration, a current SPRS NIST SP 800-171 self-assessment, and proper submission procedures. This Industry Day is for informational and planning purposes only, conducted under FAR 15.201, and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment by the government. Participation does not confer an advantage in any subsequent procurement, and the government reserves the right to modify or cancel the event. Correspondence and submissions must be directed to the provided government points of contact.
